Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns for our biggest clients. You will own strategy, creator selection, content oversight, and performance reporting across multiple accounts.
Responsibilities
- -Manage 8-12 active campaigns simultaneously across food, beauty, and lifestyle verticals
- -Build and present campaign strategies, timelines, and KPI frameworks to clients
- -Lead creator sourcing, briefing, and relationship management
- -Analyse campaign performance and deliver detailed ROI reports
- -Mentor junior campaign executives and share best practices
Requirements
- -3+ years in influencer marketing or social media management
- -Proven track record of delivering measurable campaign results
- -Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube ecosystems
- -Excellent client communication and presentation skills
- -Experience with influencer platforms and analytics tools
Grow and manage our creator network. You will be the bridge between brands and influencers, ensuring every partnership is authentic, well-briefed, and commercially viable.
Responsibilities
- -Scout, vet, and onboard new micro-influencers across all verticals
- -Maintain and grow relationships with 500+ active creators
- -Match creators to campaigns based on audience data, content style, and brand fit
- -Negotiate rates and manage creator contracts
- -Run creator community events and feedback sessions
Requirements
- -2+ years in talent management, creator partnerships, or influencer relations
- -Deep understanding of the UK creator landscape across Instagram and TikTok
- -Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness
- -Genuine passion for creator culture and social media trends
- -Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Amplify creator content through paid social. You will manage paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok, turning organic creator content into high-performing ads.
Responsibilities
- -Plan, build, and optimise paid social campaigns using creator content
- -Manage ad budgets across Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
- -A/B test creative formats, audiences, and bidding strategies
- -Report on ROAS, CPA, and other performance metrics weekly
- -Collaborate with the campaigns team to identify top-performing organic content for amplification
Requirements
- -1-2 years in paid social or performance marketing
- -Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads Manager
- -Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- -Understanding of attribution modelling and conversion tracking
- -Experience with creator-led ad formats is a plus
Turn campaign data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards, run performance analysis, and help the team make smarter decisions with better data.
Responsibilities
- -Build and maintain live campaign dashboards for internal and client use
- -Analyse influencer performance data across reach, engagement, and conversions
- -Develop benchmarking frameworks and industry reports
- -Identify trends and patterns that inform campaign strategy
- -Support the team with ad hoc data requests and deep-dive analysis
Requirements
- -1-3 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role
- -Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI)
- -Experience with social media APIs and data extraction
- -Ability to translate complex data into clear, visual narratives
